A qualitative approach is used in taking my student and having taught in highschool for close to a decade, I'm much familiar with everything a student needed in this area to succeed. A better performance is guaranteed once readiness is attached to seriousness. Moreso, I have taught Mathematics at both middle school and high school which helps me build a good relationship with the students in all age group under that categories and understood many expected behavior towards work, many of my student graduated with excellent grades and I have some of the having completed their MSc. Programme at the moment.
