English Language seems to be easier to speak for people in countries where it's their lingua franca, however,writing may pose difficult. Speaking, reading and writing in English may be difficult for people whose lingua franca is their mother tongue. I've understudied these unique situations and found a way out. Differentiated learning is the hallmark for improvements. Individuals learn at different paces and should not be generalized. Hence, my students win scholarships and excel in flying colours. I identify their weaknesses and ensure positive results before moving to the next stage of learning. Practice is fun with me. Engaging exercises and rewards for hard work make my learners yearn for more. Scorebosrds are used to measure growth. Realising how far or close one is to victory breathes energy and focus. My students,with self awareness mechanism, want to attain only excellent grades. Feedback allows effective objective attainment. Both the parents or sponsor and I work hand in hand to ensure holistic positive outcome. Learning and growth can be spiritual. I take it upon myself to pray for my learners. Thank you.
