I have been a lecturer at the Department of Industrial Business at the UNWE-Sofia since 2012. My work is in the field of Enterprise Economics and Conflict Studies. I have worked in the state administration - the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Bulgaria. I have also experience in the financial sector as a leading expert in the Corporate Security Department of the largest non-banking financial institution in Bulgaria - IAM AD (now Management Financial Group Holding). I am a certified mediator in the Unified Register of Mediators at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Bulgaria and a trainer in mediation certification courses. I am a consultant in the field of conflict management and conflict resolution in organizations with different business activities. Now I work in the field of Enterprise Economics and Conflict Studies.
